I have been working on LGBT family law issues for more than 45 years, with a focus on maintaining the relationships between LGBT parents and their children. I am Professor Emerita at American University Washington College of Law and have been a Visiting Scholar, and Visiting Faculty Chair, at the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law.
