The Arkansas Supreme Court hears oral argument tomorrow at 8:58 am CDT in Arkansas Dept of Human Services v. Cole, the ACLU's challenge to the constitutionality of the initiative enacted by voters in 2008 prohibiting adoption by anyone living with a nonmarital partner. It will stream here.
